Setting targets
One of the better ways to control your development flows is to evaluate the current state of affairs, compare it to an ideal world and set a target somewhere in between that you can move toward.
Making that target visual allows developers and business people alike to understand the priorities to reach a given target better. After setting a target, it will appear for the given category on all graphs in the project.
